Chrysalis Life Coaching, LLC was founded by Tera Houston. Tera desires to assist women and youth who want to attain greater fulfillment by reaching their goals and pursue their life's purpose. Tera holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Spalding University School of Professional Psychology and is a proud Psi Chi Honor Society member. She was awarded the 2022 Mental Health America KY Chapter Scholarship, and Spalding University School of Professional Psychology Sister Agnes Lucile Raley Distinguished Undergraduate Award. Tera is passionate about mental health awareness in underserved, marginalized, and minority communities. 

Tera has years of experience working with youth as a former substitute teacher, tutor, chaplain, and volunteer mentor of 8 years in the public school system. She knows first-hand the importance of social, emotional, and self­ esteem development.

Chrysalis Life Coaching, LLC offers ladies 1:1 and Goal Attainment and Accountability group coaching sessions via zoom. Online group coaching sessions meet once a week and are typically 4 to 8 weeks long. 

Chrysalis Life Coaching, LLC has developed curriculum for middle and high school aged youth focusing on self-esteem, confidence, health and wellness, and social emotional development. We offer a specific information technology program for young men that teaches leadership, career, and entrepreneurial skills. Both boys' and girls' programs are offered in group settings.
